Welcome to the official website of Naomi Sedney

Naomi Sedney is a Dutch athlete, born in 1994 in Zoetermeer. This is where she first got acquainted with track and field as an eight-year-old. It was love at first practice.

After learning all the track and field disciplines during her childhoodpractices, Naomi soon turned out to be best equipped for short-distance running, and from her 15th onward she started focusing solely on the sprint.

This proved a smart decision, which has since led her to the Olympic Games, where she ran as part of the 4x100m relay team. For the Olympic Games in Tokyo, in four years, Naomi hopes to also qualify on the 100m. To make this dream a reality, she is currently training on the national trainingcentre Papendal (Arnhem) with Rana Reider.
